I went to the dentist yesterday to get my final two fillings done X( I think I know why I have all these cavities all of a sudden. I had those sealants done when I was a kid and I guess they all wore away around the same time. The only place I don’t have a cavity on one of those teeth is where there’s still a little bit of it left. So I’ll probably get a cavity there when that’s gone too :( The dentist also fixed my chipped tooth while I was there. Can’t even tell I’m a total ditz who bit into a fork now!

I really am a ditz. To end our conference call yesterday I was like, a… OK, well, I fixed those changes so um, y’all can go now! *shakes head* I do that kinda stuff all the time. I shouldn’t be allowed to speak, ever.

After work, it was absolutely beautiful out, so I decided to venture to the outdoors to exercise. I found out last time that I can’t run on concrete because it freakin’ hurts. There’s a short boardwalk down by the bay, so I figured that may be good because, you know… it’s made of wood and all. I drove down there, because it’s kinda far and not a very nice walk. There wasn’t a single spot anywhere. So I drove back and said, OK, I’ll exercise inside… but I really don’t want to! So I walked the 20 minutes down there instead, lol. And I got there and ran/walked up and down by the water, little bit on the beach. It was nice. I saw many doggies.

–edit– It’s been a busy week with Java training. I’ll post again soon –/edit–

  1. Oh no… at least you got your fillings done!! I think Cavities can sometimes start from the root or inside and then eventually come to the outside. But then again, at times, I wonder is the dentist just saying that so I HAVE to get them done and spend my money.

At least you had a day of spring!! We got a day of winter again yesterda… ^_^ Yes, running on Concrete is harder than running on a treadmill… the intensity level of how your feet lands on the ground sends more shock than we realize.

  2. LOL! At least being a ditz can provide for some entertainment for those around you. Better than being boring!

You’re lucky you got to enjoy the nice weather yesterday. I was stuck at school all day and night. Uncool.

PS ~ Thanks much for the comment. ‘Twas comforting. =)

  3. Fillings are such a hassle. I had sealants done when I was young but like you they wore away and I had a queue of fillings. Argh. Even until now, I hate it when I find out that I have one. My dentist seems to think “$$$!” when I have to get one done. I think that’s why I have been making sure I have impeccable dental hygiene. =P

I also prefer to exercise outdoors. When I do my regular jogging I prefer to jog around my apartment complex. The treadmill just aint the same. =P

  4. Aww, sorry about the fillings, but I’m glad it didn’t hurt or anything. My sister has sealants done on her.

Hehe about being a ditz! I say crazy stuff all the time too!!

Hehe about exercising. Hmm, I don’t know where I prefer exercising… LOL.

  5. With the whole exercise thing I had troubles at first running on pavement but then I quickly learned it was my shoes and not my joints on the hard surface. I invested in some half decent runners and now I do not have any troubles jogging on cement.

The only time I ever used a treadmill was when I was going though some tough family shit, as I knew if I ran outside I would not come back.

I never do like reading about going to the dentist. Simply because I have panic attacks whenever I go. I am that scared of the dentist. My new dentist treats me like a small child and is so kind and patient with me.

  6. About the dentist part… I didn’t read. I stopped at ‘dentist.’ I have a huuuuge phobia of dentists. Hahaha.

As for jogging, concrete is definitely very difficult to run on. Maybe a brisk walk on concrete may have been better. But you know, I’d prefer doggies anytime. :)

  7. I’ve enjoyed the Weather recently too. It’s been beautiful. Been out driving, and really enjoying it after I’ve gotten off work over these past two days. Luckily, I usually get off around 3:30-4, so I still have time to get out. ;P

I haven’t been to the dentist, since I’ve had a filling after my 19th birthday! I’ve been overdue, but putting it off. Perhaps, I should before my teeth rot out of my mouth. lol

  8. I’m going to get my fillings maybe before or after the dentist put my retainers already.

damn. I think i just worked out twice last week. I need to focus. :/
